Walker Tape®’s C-22 Solvent is our most popular and fastest-working skin-safe adhesive remover. Oil-based and gentle on all systems, it lifts adhesive quickly and cleanly — all while leaving behind a fresh, citrus scent. Perfect for stylists who want a fast, reliable, and easy clean-up every time.

Directions

1. Spray Application:
   Spray C-22 Solvent directly onto the adhesive area. It begins working almost immediately.
   For best results, saturate the area and allow the solvent to break down the adhesive before wiping away the residue.
   The release time will vary depending on the adhesive buildup.
   Once clean, wipe or brush off any remaining residue, then shampoo and rinse the system thoroughly.

2. For Solvent Soaks:

   • Fill a large bowl or sink with C-22 Solvent.

   • Place the system in the solution, base side up, and let it soak.

   • Keep it submerged and gently work the adhesive off while wearing gloves to avoid direct contact.

   • Shampoo and rinse thoroughly after soaking.

   • Soak times typically range from 5–30 minutes, depending on the system type and adhesive used.

Cautions
C-22 Solvent is flammable, so keep it away from heat, sparks, or open flame. Always use in a well-ventilated area and close the lid tightly after each use.
Avoid applying to broken or irritated skin. For external use only — do not ingest and avoid eye contact. Keep out of reach of children.
We recommend testing on a small area before full application.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dark, and dry environment between 60–80°F (15–27°C) with good ventilation.
