From the very beginning, Cece was incredibly helpful, keeping me updated throughout the Ministry of Health funding process and always responding to my questions promptly. My consultation with Dani was the highlight. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, explained the different options without any pressure, and her knowledge and professionalism were obvious throughout. I left feeling genuinely listened to and confident that we'd found the right solution. What impressed me even more was the level of care throughout the process. There was an unavoidable delay due to a personal family emergency, but Cece kept me informed, communicated openly, and I never felt forgotten. Despite everything they had going on, they still made me feel like a priority, which says a lot about how much they care about their clients. For something that can be quite a personal and emotional experience, Dani approached everything with kindness, empathy and warmth.
