From the very beginning, Cece was incredibly helpful, keeping me updated throughout the Ministry of Health funding process and always responding to my questions promptly. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, explained the different options without any pressure, and her knowledge and professionalism were obvious throughout. There was an unavoidable delay due to a personal family emergency, but Cece kept me informed, communicated openly, and I never felt forgotten.
