As the impact of COVID-19 grows, we think it is important to share an update to let you know that we continue to be open across the country. With the rapid and ongoing changes we are experiencing due to COVID-19, we want to ensure the health and safety of our customers, patients and team is our top priority.
The situation is rapidly changing, but right now we plan to keep our studios open – just with more precautions and a double down on safety protocols. We have stepped-up our usual strict hygiene procedures with increased cleaning and sanitizing schedules of our studio spaces and equipment. As a healthcare provider, we rigorously adhere to the highest levels of sanitization. We would like to assure you, our customers and patients, of our commitment to providing you a safe and healthy environment when you visit us.
At this stage, there is no impact or delay to wig orders. We have been working hard with our suppliers and partners to ensure we have a smooth supply chain over this period. As such, we still anticipate to offer you the widest choice of wig models in New Zealand.
You can also choose to have your appointment in the comfort of your home. We will offer you a full in-house consultation service at either the studio address or your home. Alternatively, we will give you the option of delivering your wig or headwear directly to your home, if you would feel more comfortable with this.
