On my first visit, I went in with an idea of what I thought I liked.... Leanne showed me a number of different styles and colours that were different from my thoughts . Found a style I liked, and she then got the colour that I liked in the style I liked.
2nd visit, I walked out with my wig, which was nothing like I first thought I wanted.
