Synthetic Balm by Ellen Wille is a nourishing conditioner that creates smooth, soft, and healthy hair. The essential ingredient compound hydrates and strengthens while bringing out a natural shine. This Ellen Wille product specifically addresses the need for synthetic wigs, hairpieces, and hair extensions so they look gorgeous and last longer.

Conditioner vs Balm - a conditioner is lighter and acts mainly on the surface of the hair (seals the cuticle), while a balm is a little more nourishing, acts on the surface, but also penetrates deeper into the hair and solves specific problems such as dryness and damage.
